Can you pick up from my Shenzhen factory — or do I have to deliver to your warehouse?

Yes — these are exactly what we specialize in. For battery-powered products, we need your MSDS and UN38.3 test report (we can help you source these from your factory). For cosmetics and liquids, we need an ingredient list in English and the commercial product name for FDA pre-declaration. Our compliance team pre-validates everything before booking — so there are no customs holds or Amazon rejections.

What happens if my shipment is delayed? Is there any compensation?

We quote a 22-day door-to-FBA SLA for our standard sea-freight DDP. If the delay is caused by anything within our control — booking, customs, or last-mile — we issue freight credit on your next shipment. For force-majeure events (port strikes, weather), we provide real-time rerouting options and transparent status updates so you can adjust Amazon restock plans proactively.

Do you deliver to US residential addresses? Is white-glove available?

Yes. For any Amazon fulfillment center that requires an Inbound Shipment Appointment (ISA), our US partner carrier books it on your behalf. Just share the shipment ID from Seller Central — we pull the PO number, book the dock time, and deliver on schedule. You receive POD (proof of delivery) and Amazon receive-scan confirmation directly in your Linkorae order page.

Is my shipment billed by actual weight or volumetric weight?

We bill on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight — the industry standard. Volumetric weight is calculated as Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000 for sea freight. Our quote calculator does the math automatically the moment you enter carton dimensions, so you see the chargeable weight and the final price before you book. No revisions, no surprise re-weighs at the warehouse.
